Jason and Dan crashed a potluck supper at the Silver Dollar Saloon and brought in their venison porketta donated by Beaner's food rep Steve. The seasoning given by Jimmy Johnson and the wild rice and green onions combined with the shaved venison that was slow cooked for four hours in the "warming oven" was wildly popular as every morsel was devoured.

Jason got an eye full yesterday. Full of wood chips that is. Ellen's defrost vent blew a flurry of chips out and one landed in Jay's eye. $250 bucks later the dynamic duo is now on their way to Butte.
